Umpires

This section is a place to leave praise and constructive criticism. We want to try to present consistent umpiring across the divisions. This is a place to leave your feedback, so we can discuss with our league umpires.

Division Rules

This is always a topic that carries a wide array of opinions and view points. When posting, realize that the ultimate goal is to provide rules that allow access to those who have never played softball before, while also preparing girls for future divisions where ASA rules are fully implemented.

Welcome to our Blog!

The board is very excited to start this new blog.
We would like to take the time to explain our vision for this blog:

• A place to discuss: We know schedules are busy and not everyone is able to attend meetings. This blog will allow you to share questions, comments, concerns, and general feedback about the league.

• A place to collaborate: We all have the same goal in mind: to make ICGS the best possible experience for our girls. To make that happen, we will need your help! Board members have ideas and goals for our seasons and we often times need to call upon the help of our family volunteers. This blog will allow families to see what opportunities are available to volunteer and further assist our program.

• A place to grow: Everyone involved with ICGS, whether family or board member, puts in countless hours of support; we truly appreciate your continued dedication to our program. We want ICGS to continue to be an unparalleled experience that we can offer to our community for years to come. As mentioned before, we appreciate your feedback. Additionally, we would like to hear your stories! Tell us what ICGS has meant to you and your player. These testimonials will play a pivotal role in our ability to spread the word about ICGS and recruit future generations of players.
